Let’s go!  Your mission As a QA Engineer you’ll directly be part of Bitpanda’s Broker Solution and you’ll have hands-on access to a great diversity of technologies. We are creating the premium experience for our users on the Broker mobile and web applications where we need to ensure the greatest quality and the most premium experience. What you’ll do 

Be an integral part of the agile development workflow and an advocate for testing and code quality within the engineering teams you work with, from standups to sprint planning, to backlog refinement and long-term planning. Work with teams to ensure quality throughout the development life cycle and help deliver well tested releases. Perform manual UI function testing (also testing the Services side using Postman) Help the team develop rich test ideas, scenarios and experiments that yield an in-depth coverage of systems under test (well above and beyond positive, negative and edge cases)

Who you are 

3+ year track record of being a QA, backed up with a solid understanding of QA responsibilities within an agile software development team/deployment processes Solid understanding of QA responsibilities within an agile software development team/deployment processes and programming skills oriented either Java or Javascript  Experience testing a variety of web services, APIs and data Strong analytical, diagnostic and creative problem-solving skills General IT fundamentals like SQL & databases and git.
