Required Skills:-
Experience with Ethereum with Solidity and related tools (Truffle, geth, etc.
Experience in either React JS / Node.js would be a plus
Solid understanding of P2P networks and decentralized environments.
Understanding of standard data structures, algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.
Technical knowledge of the main blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and latest innovations in the space
Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals (smart contracts, web3, DAOs)
Must know decentralized exchanges and other DeFi protocols.
Understanding of both public and permissioned/private networks.
Working with existing teams to further optimize, and debug Smart Contracts.
Work with researchers to find optimal solutions to challenging problems.
Learn new technologies as needed
Has audits that are publicly viewable.
Has smart contracts in production (extra bonus points if they are actively used).
Passionate about the DeFi / NFT space
Good communication(written and verbal skills).
Worked on at least 1 production-ready(real-life) decentralized application.

Minimum qualifications:-
1) Pursuing a B.S/B-Tech/M.S/Mtech. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, AI, IT, or a related field
2) 0-2 years experience in the required field.
3) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
4) Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities and Startup Ecosystems.
5) Full-time or part-time are both possible depending upon the student's availability.
