It facilitates issuance and deployment of liquid-staked stkASSETs, allowing users to earn staking rewards and also participate in DeFi activities. Persistence ecosystem products are designed to stimulate global liquidity and enable seamless value exchange.
Persistence’s Core mainnet is a Proof-of-Stake chain powered by Tendermint BFT consensus engine. Persistence’s multi-chain tech stack (currently supporting Cosmos, Ethereum, and other Tendermint-based chains) abstracts away the complexities for developers and enables them to create DEXs, marketplaces, lending/borrowing platforms, etc

About the Position
AUDIT.one is the validator arm of Persistence and is the biggest validator (node operator) in South Asia for the Web3 networks. Currently, AUDIT.one manages close to $200M worth of assets across leading networks such as Cosmos, Polygon, Skale, Celo, Terra and many more. The growth in the Web3 world is defined heavily by the strong digital presence.

As a blockchain developer on this team, you will design & build core components of a plethora of crypto use cases to support the growth of the Proof-of-Stake ecosystem, taking a 0 to 1 approach in developing new user experiences. You’ll propose new ideas on how to leverage blockchain technology for the current and future feature-set and work day-to-day with a tight-knit team. We quickly and collaboratively solve a wide range of technical and product challenges. We value engineers who are excited to take initiative and propose solutions.

*Role & Responsibilities *

• Coordinate with the product and research teams to develop product strategy
• Build secure Web3 applications and backend services to connect AUDIT.one users/partners with the Proof-of-Stake ecosystem
• Drive the standardization in Proof-of-Stake protocols/networks by designing and defining interfaces
• Mentor and train other team members on blockchain development best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation

Must have skills

• 1+ year experience with Blockchain development
• 2+ year Experience with backend development
• Understanding of Web3 consensus mechanisms and tooling such as wallets, explorers etc
• Interest and passion for contributing to the Proof-of-Stake ecosystem
• Understanding of how to build secure, robust, scalable infrastructure

*Good to have skills *

• Experience using Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, and MongoDB
• Experience with Go or Rust
• Experience with microservices
