Blockchain Venture Fund Operations Associate

Job Overview

Unbounded Capital (unboundedcapital.com) is seeking a fund operations associate.

You’ll be working on fund and fundraising operations. This is a startup, and work is variable — all of us here at Unbounded wear many different hats in an effort to move the company forward. This flexibility is a big advantage — You will be empowered to get involved in work you find yourself drawn to, and so long as we appropriately manage our responsibilities, we are open to exploring your talents and catering this role to suit you. Work Schedule: Full Time 40h/week with an emphasis on results, not on the number of hours worked or when those hours are worked.

Location: Open to exceptional candidates anywhere in the United States. Bonus points for being in Austin TX

Start Date: Dec - Jan 1st

Compensation: $55-70k base + at least $10k+ in mutually agreed upon bonuses

-You previously have held operations or financial related role

-You have an eagerness to learn how to develop the company in new ways beyond what’s in this job description
-You don’t mind getting your hands dirty to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
-You have a positive and upbeat personality, and you carry yourself with poise
-Previously managed bank accounts**

*Responsibilities *

-Bank Account operations; sending wires and troubleshooting any issues
-Directly assisting the operations manager with fund audit reports, fund accounting, tax filings, and -compliance documents
-Trading operations lead; executing trades/liaising counterparties
-Portfolio company assistance; liaise for docs/wires
-Preparing fundraising support docs

Direct Reports: Two virtual assistants, one virtual operations supervisor, and one virtual graphic design person based in Manilla
