Web3 Business Development Director (NFT)

Responsibilities:

• Develop business development strategy and establish partnership connection with potential NFT content partners, including but not limited to Arts, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming industry
• Review and analyse market trends of NFT and content industry
• Design NFT business model and negotiate commercial terms with content partners
• Coordinate activities and communicate with external partners
• Support and management documentation requests from senior management and ensure the timely execution and proper filing of documents
• Cooperate with cross functional teams (legal, compliance, finance) in order to complete high-level assignments
• Contribute to other business development and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimally 7 years of Business development/ partnership experience in Arts/Entertainment/Sports/Gaming industry
• Understanding of digital art & collectible space, and the NFT marketplace will be highly advantageous
• Goal oriented, driven and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills
• Fluent English language skill is a must. Fluent Mandarin preferred, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
• Experience working with IP commercialisation and working knowledge of NFT requirements preferred
• Business related University educational background as a minimum
