Web3 Business Development Manager

The HyperMint Proliferation team is positioned to build and service one of the widest and most diverse client funnels in the world. From high end fashion brands and Formula 1 teams to the worlds biggest enterprises, celebrities, IP and Agencies, you will be at the forefront of enabling the Web3 Future.

What you’ll do 👀

• Build your network, prospect and discover new opportunities and avenues for our product
• Build client and partner relationships across the a wide range of web2 and web3 industries to identify new opportunities, sectors and potential partnerships.
• Help define viable commercial models and deal constructs for clients and partners.
• Support and inform product strategy and development by working with clients and partners to understand needs and validate solution concepts.
• Help build and manage partner B2B relationships.

You should apply if ✅

• You can hit the ground running with some business development and client management experience.
• You have a track record of building business, securing partners and clients, and achieving commercial outcomes.
• Educated Interest or direct experience of the blockchain & digital asset and web3 industry or similar parallel industries
• You understand the difference between direct to consumer and SaaS sales and have some track record in SaaS or B2B software or infrastructure sales with more complex sales cycles.
• You feel comfortable with more technical and consultative sales techniques.
• You have experience in partnership development.
• You’re comfortable operating in a fully remote team and able to execute in this environment
• You have strong relationship building and client management skills specifically in fintech and blockchain verticals
• You champion entrepreneurial attitude, strong executive presence, excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simply convey complex ideas
• Fluent in English
• Self-Starter and hustler mentality!
