THE ROLE

As a Cash Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the cash reconciliation process for our 450 ATMs and more across North America of high volume. This position is based out of our head office in Toronto, Ontario.

Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and identify and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

YOUR IMPACT

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliations for over 450 ATM’s across North America by analyzing third party data against internal reports and systems
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve cash reporting discrepancies
• Analyze and test financial data from multiple internal and external sources and identify inaccuracies, incompleteness and potential areas of risk
• Work closely with the Financial Controller on identifying areas of improvement and develop process improvements and workflows accordingly
• Proactively review all invoices from our CIT (Cash In Transit) partners and follow up on any questions or discrepancies
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure cash from our partners are received timely and in full

THIS IS YOU

• 2-3 years of experience managing high volume cash reconciliations
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, if statements, sumif, index match, etc)
• Tech savvy with strong experience running and testing multiple reporting systems
• Systems implementation experience is a strong asset
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, Sage or Dynamics
• Ability to be curious and eager to learn new things
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
