Web3 Contract Senior Business Recruiter

The Contract Senior Business Recruiter at Polygon Studios will be a partner to the Global Recruiting Manager for the company’s recruiting and Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top tier talent. You will support the Talent Acquisition team’s efforts in optimizing the candidate experience and sourcing strategy while focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  

Responsibilities

• Build a diverse candidate pool, with a focus on passive sourcing
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and define requirements
• Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates and drive the interview process from end to end
• Organize and facilitate interview debriefs, helping to guide and drive decision making
• Own the offer approval, extension and negotiation process, and effectively close prospective candidates

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years recruiting experience across multiple departments, global experience is a plus!
• Strive in ambiguity
• The ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Time management and multitasking skills
• A sense of ownership and accountability for the roles you own
• A True team player looking to impact the greater TA team
