Web3 Corporate Development Analyst

Aquanow is a leading digital assets technology and infrastructure provider to institutional clients. We are currently looking for an Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in the Toronto office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial and cohesive executive team, in a face-paced environment at a dynamic technology company.

Responsibilities

• Produce presentations, reports, and memos for senior management and external stakeholders
• Develop, track, and maintain various KPI’s
• Assist with business development efforts as required
• Assist with sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc analysis

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar (Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc. would be great)
• 1-2+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proactive problem solving abilities
• Comfortable with creating professional Powerpoint presentations or working on Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with little oversight\
