Let’s go!Your mission You will take ownership of building and optimizing our post-trade operations, driving efficiency, automation, and risk management within our Securities Platform. You’ll work at the intersection of finance and technology, using data-driven insights to streamline our clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes for Stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments. What you’ll do

Implement and optimize workflows that improve settlement and reconciliation processes overall efficiency. Identify and drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions, enhance accuracy and implement solutions that elevate operational excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams to integrate seamless settlement and reconciliation capabilities into our Securities Platform. Act as the key point of contact for external partners, including custodians, to align settlement operations with evolving market standards. Ensure settlement operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk policies while staying ahead of regulatory changes 

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in settlement, reconciliation, or post-trade operations, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or asset management. You have a deep understanding of securities and banking processes, including on-exchange trading and settlement. Your investigative and analytical skills enable you to spot inefficiencies and drive operational improvements. You can translate complex financial operations into clear, actionable solutions for both internal teams and external partners. What’s in it for you
