Your skills and experience
- Masterās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, with prior experience at a Big 4 auditing/accounting firm considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and reporting across multiple entities, with an in-depth understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and a solid background in accounting and P&L management.
- Proven track record as a finance leader, with experience in leading and mentoring small, growing teams and managing performance effectively. You excel in balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on approach.
