This is a classified leadership role with a rapidly scaling Blockchain security platform start-up in the company's New York Office.

This platform has revolutionized the way teams across the DeFi, Web3 and Blockchain space can mitigate extreme risk while being incredibly rapid and competitive in their go to market time. They are already working with 4+ of the world's leading protocols.

I am looking for someone incredibly passionate and expert level about the DeFi space who is keen to rapidly scale an incredibly talented Engineering team, and foster incredible Engineering Culture while being a hands on leader.

This role will include exciting international travel, a very competitive compensation package and equity in a platform that is truly growing.

This position is for someone truly ambitious, who is ready for a life changing role. You need prior experience working in DeFi, and be ready to delve into the weeds of the code.
