Our DAO was born with a bold vision:

To build the first decentralized streaming platform dedicated to Latino content, powered by community governance and blockchain technology.

We’ve laid the foundation, governance structures, tokenomics, and partnerships with cultural festivals and now we’re ready to take it to the next level. That’s where you come in.

We’re seeking a visionary CTO who is passionate about Web3, media innovation, and decentralized governance. As a core member of our executive team, you’ll help architect and scale the technical backbone of our DAO and streaming platform, ensuring creators and audiences can interact transparently and equitably.

• Lead the technical development of the DAO ecosystem, including governance tools, NFT integrations, and the streaming platform.

• Oversee smart contract design & security, ensuring transparency and trustless governance.
• 
  
• Guide the integration of blockchain with content distribution, empowering creators to monetize their work directly.
• 
  
• Collaborate with the executive board & steering committee to align technical execution with our mission.
• 
  
• Mentor interns and contributors in partnership with our university education program.

• A DAO-driven streaming platform that gives content creators ownership and audiences a voice.
• 
  
• An NFT-powered community that funds festivals, content production, and DAO growth.
• 
  
• A sustainable ecosystem with revenue from equipment investments, fashion, and community-led initiatives.

• Proven experience in blockchain development (smart contracts, DAOs, NFTs).
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of Web3 infrastructure (Ethereum, Polygon, or BASE).
• 
  
• Experience scaling media, content, or community platforms is a huge plus.
• 
  
• Passion for decentralization, inclusivity, and cultural empowerment.
• 
  
• Ready to commit as a core DAO member (executive board).

• A governance role in shaping a pioneering decentralized media platform.

• Allocation of governance tokens and retroactive compensation as outlined in our DAO agreement.
