As a Customer Support Specialist, you have the unique opportunity to impact and shape one of the most innovative companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—we are growing quickly, and you will be instrumental in supporting our customers in using Notabene’s product suite.

Your role includes delivering exceptional customer support while investigating issues, providing solutions, and contributing to the success of Notabene’s users. You’ll become an expert on the Notabene product, and be an advocate for the needs and concerns of our customers. You’ll set up and develop an initial customer support framework that ensures timely and smooth ticket processing.
