Responsibilities:

• Identify high-quality POS projects and on-chain Defi projects that can potentially partner up with OKX's platform, be responsible for the follow-up of the project, and secure partnerships that could further value add to our exchange.
• Execute exciting projects with our Defi partners to increase traffic onto the platform.
• Establish a good relationship with overseas blockchain investment institutions and conduct business analysis and evaluation when needed.
• Regularly conduct research on latest trends in the industry, gathering insights from community, clients, partners.

Requirements:

• Possess good knowledge in the Defi space, and native understanding of blockchain, crypto and different use case of Defi protocols
• Good understanding of blockchain and decentralize platforms, with solid connections and knowledge within the space. The right candidate will be able to track and study the hot trending topic of the Defi space.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to pitch good ideas across.
• Ability to withstand pressure and strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.
