Web3 DeFi research analyst

We are looking for someone who loves DeFi/crypto, financial markets, cryptoeconomics, alternative finance - and someone who is interested in research of different financial protocols, their product design & incentives.

You’ll be focused on looking into different DeFi platforms on different chains, looking for best risk/reward products & strategies that can be built on top of it to earn yield.

What you’ll be focusing on:

• Research into different protocols we could use for new strategies implementation
• Analysis on different research proposals and solutions
• Creating technical & product explainers on different protocols
• Suggesting new features & improvements to the base platform
• Working with engineering team to architect, spec and code strategies
• Engage with users on Discord etc. and help them with financial questions
• Understand and look deeply into lots of new DeFi products

• Strong financial product knowledge and interest
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Deep knowledge and passionate about crypto applications & DeFi ecosystem
• Keeps up with latest research papers, news and product offerings in the crypto space
• Ability to teach and explain complex financial and mathematical concepts to others
• Desire and drive to learn
• Being a self-starter who can work without micromanagement
• Good communication skills & desire to help users
• Preferably - active DeFi user (even better - with software engineering experience :) )
