Summary:

As the Director of Blockchain & Cryptocurrency, you should have extensive experience in blockchain, NFTs, crypto, DLT and emerging technologies and their ecosystems. You will be responsible for developing, leading & executing on our Web3 strategies, and should be knowledgeable about data, transactions & models in crypto. This role will partner closely with our product, strategy & operations teams to pursue & grow a range of business opportunities in crypto and decentralized technologies.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Setting the direction, strategy and priorities for Mansa's Web3 ecosystem.
• Developing new opportunities for partnerships and Web3 expansion (e.g. consumer apps, gaming).
• Structuring, negotiating, and executing high profile deals with projects and companies in the crypto ecosystem.
• Collaborating across functions to solve problems, ideate, drive results and unlock value with partners.
• Engaging with our founders and leadership teams in the world of crypto/blockchain.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy and Business Development.
• Advanced knowledge of cryptocurrency, layer-2 systems, blockchain technology, software development, and mechanisms to increase open-source software platform adoption and awareness.
• Passion for and experience engaging in the crypto/NFT community.
• Excellent communication skills including experience working with executive-level teams
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment .
• Ability to successfully collaborate with different teams to execute on proposed plans.
