About the role:

As an Early Talent Recruiter, you’ll join BitGo’s growing Early Talent team and support Intern and New Grad hiring across the company. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, you will also be responsible for supporting our Early Talent program on all fronts. This includes participating in and leading events (i.e. On-Campus Recruiting, Career Fairs, Conferences, etc.), building campus relations, managing Interns during our internship program, as well as additional projects and initiatives across Early Talent and Recruiting.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Support full-cycle recruiting for Interns and New Grads across all functions (ex. Engineering, Design, Legal, etc). This includes everything from sourcing to candidate management to closing!
• Partner closely with hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for each role. Act as a recruiting consultant and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision making
• Maintain a high level of data integrity. Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse) and other internal tools
• Provide stellar candidate experience! Represent BitGo with integrity and professionalism. Speak passionately and authentically about BitGo and our mission
• Participate and lead on-campus recruiting events. This includes career fairs, info sessions, conferences, and more
• Provide support for BitGo’s internship program. This includes managing interns, performance tracking, mentor training, and more

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum) and 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across all functions
• Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
• Ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
• Ability to think on your feet but with enough humility to ask questions

Bonus points:

• Previous experience within Early Talent Recruiting and/or Programs
• Previous experience at start-ups and/or tech companies
