We are seeking an Early Talent Specialist to join Bitgo's Early Talent team to help scale and support our Early Talent program. The Early Talent Specialist will partner with our recruiters and hiring leaders to perfect candidate experience and help implement recruiting processes and operational efficiencies. They will also provide support for Early Talent programs, events, and initiatives. Bitgo is going through a massive growth cycle, so this is an exciting time to join!
