Freelance Web3 UX/UI Designer (Remote – dApps, NFT Platforms, and Immersive Experiences)

Overview

Ironbridge Labs is a creative production and design studio shaping the future of content. We deliver across branding, animation, video, 3D design, virtual production, immersive experiences, and e-commerce rendering. In addition to production, we explore how Web3 technologies such as NFTs, tokenized communities, and immersive platforms reshape digital ownership, storytelling, and interaction.

We are seeking talented freelance Web3 UX/UI Designers to join our creative talent network. This is a remote, contract opportunity for designers who excel in creating user-centered interfaces for decentralized applications, NFT marketplaces, and metaverse platforms. You will collaborate with creative directors, developers, and strategists to deliver experiences that are both innovative and intuitive in the fast-evolving Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for dApps, NFT platforms, and Web3 dashboards

• Create polished UI systems for wallets, marketplaces, and token-gated experiences

• Collaborate with developers to ensure on-chain interactions are seamless and secure

• Explore opportunities for metaverse and immersive platform UX (VR, AR, WebXR)

• Ensure designs balance usability, accessibility, and trust in decentralized systems

• Stay current on Web3 culture, trends, and community dynamics to inform design decisions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, with Web3 projects a plus

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools

• Understanding of blockchain user flows such as wallet connections, on-chain transactions, NFTs, and DAOs

• Familiarity with design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility guidelines

• Portfolio or case studies showing digital product design, ideally including Web3 interfaces

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for NFT collections, token ecosystems, or DAO platforms

• Familiarity with metaverse platforms such as Sandbox, Decentraland, Roblox, or Spatial

• Knowledge of Web3 community engagement tools such as Discord and Twitter integrations or token utilities

• Interest in connecting Web3 with branded experiences, entertainment, and culture
