What we’re looking for

Applying quantitative techniques, machine learning and statistical modeling, you will be looking deep into our data to answer questions that drive the success of Skyweaver: What factors predict the best retained, most loyal gamers? What drives buying behaviour? Can we predict loyalty?

You will work cross-functionally across product, design, and finance, and we are looking for an accomplished Game Data Analyst to answer these questions and to help drive product features with what they uncover.

What you will do

• Work with data every day. Analyze, segment and gather player behaviour data throughout the funnel and product to help drive product features, and strategy
• Understand the goals of our teams and business in order to prioritize your efforts
• Understand and communicate effectively your findings
• Keep up-to-date on the gaming landscape, latest market trends, and competitive analysis

Requirements

• Excellent experience and comfort in SQL; some of our charts require larger, complex queries
• Knowledge of statistical methods and a variety of data tools such as R, SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, etc.
• Effectively drive business outcomes in past jobs with actionable data insights
• Works effectively in a self-directed environment; this role will be less structured than most at this level
