Job Title: Growth Lead - Web3 Game-Fi Company
We are a rapidly growing web3 gaming startup looking for a Growth Lead to join our team. As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to help us grow our user base and increase engagement on our platform. You will work closely with the product and design teams to ensure that our messaging is consistent and effective across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes user acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure that our messaging, onboarding and player acquisition communications are consistent across all channels
- Develop and manage growth budgets and track ROI
- Identify, pursue, and manage strategic growth partnerships and collaborations to increase visibility and reach
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- We operate in a new and dynamic industry. We expect the candidate to have experience in at least one of: blockchain/crypto growth marketing, web2 gaming, technology startup growth marketing.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and NFTs, and ability to explain their benefits and use cases to a non-technical audience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Proven experience in creating short-form content that is engaging and captures the audience's attention in a fast-paced environment
- A point of view on:
- How we can develop onboarding strategies to help new users understand the web3 gaming experience and incentivize them to invest their time and effort in the game
- Creating strategies that elevate the stories and experiences of players outside of the game to build a strong and engaged community
- Developing and executing strategies that turn players and their NFTs into stars, making them feel valued and invested in the community
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Nice to have: Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams
