  • As a Facilitator and do stakeholder management when the session will occur such as brainstorming, kick-off the project, and sometimes need to talk to get more information with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze the data from research and then tell the story what’s the key learning from that, and also collect the data from tools e.g. Google Analytics. By the end of the analysis, give the suggestion to the team (and cross-functional teams) with data-informed.
  • Create the flow of the system-user e.g. Customer/User Journey, Service Blueprint, User Flow. Just create is not done, we need to talk with every person who is related e.g. Product Owner, Developer, Customer Support, etc. to make sure that everyone sees the same page about dependencies and values.
  • Build a user interface based on research, we create a product with usability and usefulness, just not the only beautiful application.
  • Testing and measuring from how you build the user interface follows the research. You start from the hypothesis that you hope will solve those problems, this time you can be proved. If you can plan to measure after release to the user's hand, that’s very nice!
