Web3 HR Operations Manager

The Role

• Onboarding of new employees and updating HRIS, records and reports with accurate employee data.   • Managing and driving the monthly new hire orientation for the new employees.  • Supporting the finance team in processing the monthly employee payroll for all the employees. • Processing changes in terms of payroll or any data with respect to new and existing employees • Maintain reports on the monthly and quarterly employee expenses.  • Ensuring a seamless end to end HR operations for a positive employee experience. • Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies. • Supporting the team with any HR priority projects.  • Responding to employee queries and grievances. • Supporting the team for any ad-hoc administrative support to any of the HR team members.
