Web3 Hunt Club - Lead Product Designer - Direct Hire [Remote]

Hunt Club is looking for a Lead Product Designer that can help us solve deep human, product, and technology problems in the relationshipRequirements

• 2-5 years of UX/UI design experience with proven success designing winning products with focus on user empathy and customer delight; User research experience a big plus

• Experience with Figma preferred, but Sketch, Invision, or any other leading design tool welcome

• Experience owning the design process from start to finish and manage various internal & external stakeholder expectations

• Analytical thinking and experience with making data driven product decisions

• A team player and good listener who can collaborate with stakeholders and external customers throughout the entire design journey from idea conception to post-launch feedback & iteration

• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to get things done quickly

• Willing to take risks, propose alternative views, and embrace a culture of continuous learning
