General Partner (Crypto and AI Accelerator New York)

About the Company

A leading global accelerator supporting top crypto founders and early-stage startups. Since 2020, the accelerator has backed hundreds of startups across Web3, infrastructure, DeFi, AI, and fintech, with portfolio companies collectively valued in the billions.

The team is now looking for a highly driven General Partner to work directly with founders and help scale the next generation of category-defining companies.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and advise founders throughout the accelerator program


• Support startups in achieving product-market fit through strategic and operational guidance


• Help teams prepare for fundraising, Demo Day, and investor meetings


• Introduce founders to investors and support seed round execution


• Evaluate startup applications and conduct founder interviews


• Build conviction around exceptional technical founders and emerging markets


• Act as a trusted advisor during critical company moments including pivots, fundraising pressure, and co-founder challenges


• Create engaging content across podcasts, essays, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven founder experience building and scaling startups


• Deep understanding of the startup journey from 0→1 and beyond


• Strong expertise in crypto, Web3, AI, or emerging technologies


• Excellent judgment evaluating founders, markets, and early-stage opportunities


• High emotional intelligence and ability to work closely with ambitious founders


• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments

Nice to Have

• Early-stage investment or venture capital experience


• Strong network within crypto or AI ecosystems


• Experience supporting fundraising and investor relations

Ideal Candidate

• Highly hands-on and execution-oriented


• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality


• Passionate about crypto, AI, and frontier technologies


• Willing to relocate to New York (required)

• Base Salary: USD $250K – $300K
