Web3 Finance Manager

Responsibilities

•  Maintain financial records (both fiat and crypto transactions) 
•  Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, management reports) 
•  Support budgeting and financial planning processes 
•  Monitor expenses and manage payments 
•  Work with crypto wallets, exchanges, and payment providers 
•  Assist with audits and collaborate with external accountants 
•  Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making 
•  Help improve and automate financial processes 

Requirements

•  2–4 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit 
•  Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies 
•  Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables) 
•  Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow) 
•  English level: Intermediate+ or higher 
•  Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
