Web3 Strategic FP&A Analyst

Securitize has also been recognized as a 2025 Forbes Top 50 Fintech company.  Before applying, we encourage you to visit us to learn more: Website | X/Twitter | LinkedInWe are seeking a detail-oriented Strategic FP&A Analyst to support and help scale Securitize’s financial planning and analysis function as we navigate our upcoming business combination and transition to the public markets via SPAC merger. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting or finance foundation who is excited to build foundational reporting and ensure data integrity between our historical actuals and forward-looking forecasts. As we prepare for our 2026 trading launch and transition to a public entity, you will play a key role in preparing budget vs. actual reporting, supporting variance analysis, and maintaining financial models primarily in Runway and NetSuite. This is a hands-on role with meaningful exposure to the rigor of public company readiness and high-growth fintech operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & System Integrity

Prepare and maintain recurring budget vs. actual (BvA) reports across business units to ensure visibility into spend and revenue performance. Own the data flow and integrity between NetSuite and Runway Support monthly and quarterly variance and flux analysis, identifying key drivers of changes to support upcoming public company reporting requirements. Assist in building and maintaining standardized reporting templates and schedules to track our rapid AUM and revenue growth.

Budgeting & Strategic Forecasting

Support annual budgeting and periodic forecast updates within Runway. Maintain operating expense and headcount tracking models to ensure efficient capital allocation across the firm. Update assumptions and inputs for our revenue models—including AUM-based fees and transaction-based streams—based on guidance from FP&A leadership. Partner with Accounting, People Ops, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and clarify data for forecasting cycles.

Process Execution & Public Readiness

Maintain FP&A workflows and data hygiene in Runway and Google Sheets, ensuring audit-ready documentation for our SPAC transition. Improve reporting processes through automation and cleanup to increase the speed and accuracy of financial insights. Respond to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from the VP of FP&A and executive leadership.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting. System Expertise (Mandatory): Proficiency in NetSuite is required. You must understand system flows, how data is structured in an ERP, and how to extract and map that data into financial models. Education: Strong foundational understanding of financial statements and GAAP. An Accounting background or CPA track is highly valued. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (structured modeling, complex formulas, and data organization). Attention to Detail: High level of precision required for managing financial data in a fast-paced environment preparing for public market entry. Adaptability: Comfortable working in an environment where we are building the "TradFi-DeFi" bridge and managing high-growth revenue targets.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with Runway or other modern FP&A/EPM planning tools. Experience in a high-growth Fintech, Financial Services startup, or a company navigating a SPAC/IPO process.
