Senior Web3 Investment Researcher

We are a Web3 venture capital fund investing in early-stage blockchain, DeFi, infrastructure, AI x Crypto, and emerging digital asset sectors.

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Investment Researcher to lead deep fundamental research and support investment decisions across liquid and venture markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on early-stage Web3 projects (L1/L2, DeFi, Infra, AI x Crypto, Consumer)
• Analyze tokenomics, business models, competitive positioning and on-chain metrics
• Produce high-quality investment memos and internal research reports
• Track emerging narratives and market structure shifts
• Support deal sourcing and founder due diligence
• Monitor macro, regulatory, and liquidity dynamics in crypto markets
• Present investment theses to partners

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in crypto research, VC, hedge fund, trading firm or investment banking
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, DeFi mechanics, and blockchain architecture
• Experience writing institutional-grade research
• Ability to evaluate early-stage founders and protocols
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience covering Asian markets
• On-chain analytics experience (Nansen, Dune, Arkham, etc.)
• Published research or public writing track record
