Job: Full Stack Software Engineer
What we do:
We are a bunch of Nerds making waves in the Web 3.0 space. We are a well-funded early start- up in the growth stage. Most of the work over the next few years is in both web2 & web3 technologies. Our two top projects revolve around Solar on the Blockchain and Identity Sovereignty. Over the next few months, we are launching a new L2 Ethereum Sidechain that will decentralize our reward distribution and enable our DAO voting system. Both are powered by web2 frontend and backend technologies you love.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy software applications in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Build scalable and robust applications with high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
• Write and maintain clean and efficient code.
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to ensure software development meets business requirements and timelines.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Unless fully remote, must be willing to commute to the Lehi, Utah office at least 2x per week

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. If you have built something cool, we would love to see it!
• 3+ years experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong REST and unit testing experience is a must.
• We pride ourselves in honoring the software development craft. We demand excellent coding practices.
• Proficient with front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Proficient with at least one server-side programming language, and preferably with multiple and at least one compiled, strongly typed language.
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologies. Our Tech Stack: Currently, we work with the following tech, but we are not limited to this list. We will branch out and use the best language/framework to fit the need.
• Front-end: Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and React (Next.js)
• Back-end: Golang, Node.js, .NET, Python, Firebase
• Database: MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake
• Amazon: EKS, S3, SES
• Observability: DataDog, Sentry
• Project: Jira Bonus points if you have experience with the following:
• Kubernetes, Docker, Argo CD, Helm, GitHub Actions
• Web3 development experience
