Blockchain community manager - ( Discord moderator, social media manager )

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and manage all social accounts and other methods of community outreach. These will include Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Medium and others as needed.
2. Cultivate, moderate and manage the community using these channels
3. Grow and manage our email list using platforms such as Mailchimp Share announcements via email and develop an email newsletter as appropriate
4. Manage email, blog and website content to drive engagement
5. Share actionable insights from customer feedback internally to improve our roadmap.
6. Be the brand’s voice for all communications on social media
7. Find entertaining and creatives ways to reward the most active members of our community
8. Develop community guidelines and moderation strategy to ensure community channels remain fun and respectful
9. Respond to customer issues, comments, and questions in a professional, kind and timely manner

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and writing skills (English required, other languages a plus)
2. 1+ years experience managing social media channels
3. Experience developing content and managing a content strategy
4. Experience writing email newsletters, blog posts, tweets, web copy, etc
5. Passion for NFTs, blockchain, web3 technologies and decentralized governance solutions.
6. Experience developing creative content strategies and methods of engagement
7. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
8. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
9. Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter
10. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and global team

11. Bonus points for the following:
    a. Experience working with crypto communities
    b. Experience in a blockchain/crypto community management role
    c. Experience working on marketing efforts around an NFT project launch

12. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
    Time commitment

This will be a full time commitment internship to start and will grow into a full time role within 3-4 months

Location
This is a 100% remote position and you may work from anywhere.
