About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Contract), you will play a key role in executing end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across tech, product, marketing, and business operations. You will partner directly with HRBP and hiring managers to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent positions across regional and global teams.
- Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Web3 networks, tech communities, and direct headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines for niche skill sets.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leads, providing market insights, talent mapping, and interview guidance.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for all candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation.
- Process Excellence: Maintain recruitment data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth environments.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Adaptability: Thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese or Mandarin) are a plus.
- Web3 Interest: Genuine curiosity or passion for Web3, NFTs, gaming, and decentralized technology.
