The role

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our marketing team and take ownership of building and optimizing Solflare’s web presence. You’ll be working with Next.js and WordPress to keep millions of dynamically generated pages running smoothly, fast, and SEO-friendly. If you love the idea of using your skills to make sure our website is the best growth engine it can be, working alongside marketing, product, and content teams to move fast and make an impact, this role is for you.

Core responsibilities:

• Use Next.js and WordPress to develop and maintain millions of token pages in order to ensure a smooth, scalable user experience.
• Reduce bottlenecks and deliver lightning-fast page loads, using performance optimization techniques (caching, CDNs, efficient data structures).  
• Implement technical SEO best practices to maximize discoverability across search engines at scale.
• Experiment with new features using A/B testing and analytics tools and track how users engage with key conversion events.
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to prioritize high-value pages and deliver measurable results.
• Stay ahead of web trends and tools to proactively suggest improvements that keep our site on the cutting edge.

Requirements:

• Experience using Next.js, React, and WordPress to build high-traffic websites.
• Background in large-scale, SEO-driven web development (millions of pages is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO (structured data, sitemaps, crawl management, server-side rendering).
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Mixpanel).
• Skills in performance optimization (code splitting, caching strategies, pre-rendering, image optimization).
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps basics.
• Fluent English communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience in high-volume publishing, fintech, crypto, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, or building data pipelines for analytics.
• Knowledge of international SEO/localization at scale.
• Exposure to CDNs, serverless functions, or cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Google Cloud.
• UI/UX collaboration or prototyping experience.
