Web3 Junior/Mid Sales Support Specialist

Role Overview

To achieve our goals, we’re building an A-star sales team and looking to add a Sales Support Specialist. You will be supporting the Partnerships Team in gaining and keeping the customers, managing the CRM and ensuring the high quality of the Sales process. 


Core Responsibilities

  • managing the partner portfolio and documentation,
  • keeping the sales materials up to date,
  • creating reports and keep track of the value of our portfolio,
  • working closely with the Partner Care Team on ensuring the highest performance of our partners,
  • supporting the Partnership team in onboarding and keeping new partners,
  • handling administrative duties for our partners.

  • administrative or sales-related experience - we need at least 2 years of experience in one of these fields,
  • fluent in English to communicate with our international team and partners all over the world,
  • highly organized - you'll need to keep an eye on multiple projects at the same time and not lose track of any of them,
  • proactive approach - the ability to identify ways to improve our processes and help our sales team,
  • curiosity and an open mind - we’re a culture of learners and we welcome a humble approach.
