Opportunity:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a graphic design role
• A strong portfolio showing creative, design skills
• Experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications, Sketch, Invision, and Figma.
• Strong communication design fluency (composition, typography, color, illustration and movement)
• Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization
• High EQ, an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Create quality and engaging graphic designs across different media
• Create graphic design for the Parcel blog, including featured images, infographics, charts & graphs
• Design marketing assets and graphics for paid media
• Apply our current styling/branding across all your designs
• Participate in team/company initiatives, product meetings, and collaboration sessions
• Present your designs to stakeholders
• Provide additional content and asset creation support to the Marketing Manager as needed

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in motion graphics preferred
• Passionate about understanding the latest trends in culture and Web3
• Basic programming skills — Parcel has an engineering heavy culture
