Location: 23 Sofia BG

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Product Designer to take ownership of our product design strategy, innovation, and execution. You will be responsible for leading and growing the design function, ensuring our platform offers best-in-class user experiences. Working closely with senior management, product, engineering, and day-to-day operational teams, you will drive research, define UX/UI standards, and foster a culture of innovation, usability, and continuous improvement.

As the
Lead Product Designer, you will challenge assumptions, refine our design vision, and introduce new methodologies, tools, and KPIs to ensure we deeply understand user pain points and behaviors. Your work will have a direct impact on both B2B and B2C products, shaping how operators and end-users interact with our platform. You will also collaborate closely with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring that design solutions are aligned with market needs and business goals.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Extensive experience in the iGaming and sports betting industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and user expectations.

  • Strong ownership mindset – ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, beyond just managing tasks.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams, ensuring business alignment and technical feasibility.

  • Deep expertise in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and interaction design.

  • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and other industry-standard design software.

  • Experience in Agile/Lean environments, with a strong understanding of MVPs, iterative development, and time-to-market constraints.

  • Experience maintaining and scaling a design system, ensuring cross-platform consistency and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the overall product design strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Maintain a hands-on approach, actively contributing to prototyping, wireframing, and UX/UI execution while mentoring the team.

  • Champion user research, leveraging A/B testing, surveys, analytics, and direct user interviews to inform design decisions.

  • Ensure deep integration with product, engineering, and operations teams, balancing usability, scalability, and technical constraints.

  • Drive collaboration with clients and external stakeholders, understanding business needs and refining the product experience accordingly.

  • Own and maintain a robust design system, ensuring consistency across products, with a preference for utilizing Aligned.app for streamlined collaboration.

  • Develop and implement standardized design processes, KPIs, and best practices to optimize efficiency and output.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously integrating innovative UX best practices and emerging technologies into our design workflow.

  • Deliver seamless UX across web, mobile, and native applications, ensuring a world-class user experience tailored to the gaming audience.

Why Join Us?

  • The chance to make a real impact in an industry-leading, fast-growing company.

  • Work on an innovative, scalable product, shaping the future of B2B and B2C gaming.

  • Be part of a highly dynamic team, where your leadership drives tangible results.

  • Lead a data-driven, user-first approach to design, in a company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Competitive salary, flexible working environment, and excellent career growth opportunities.
