Requirements

2-5 years ofuserempathy and customer delight;researchexperience a big plus

Experience with Figma preferred, but Sketch, Invision, or any other leading design tool welcome

Experience owning the design process from start to finish and manage various internal & external stakeholder expectations

Analytical thinking and experience with making data driven product decisions
