Braintrust is hiring a Web3 Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations
Compensation: $105k - $180k estimated

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a unique, cross-functional role that develops and implements short-term tactics and long-term strategies for how Braintrust proactively brings new talent to the network. Leveraging your team, you will utilize data to drive sourcing and job board syndication actions that balance talent liquidity levels. You have the opportunity to take the reins of a quickly growing function and build a highly impactful talent acquisition engine that directly influences growing Braintrust GSV.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of effective talent acquisition strategy (sourcing, job board syndication, and more)
- Lead a team of 5+ employees on the talent acquisition team
- Research and implement creative sourcing tools and resources
- Build sourcing scripts and workflows that ensure individual sourcer success
- Create, leverage, and optimize multiple sourcing channels
- Define sourcer onboarding and training
- Execute job board syndication strategies to drive large quantities of high quality applications
- Use talent liquidity data to determine job board syndication actions
- Deliver a positive experience through every candidate interaction
- Maintain sourcing databases to ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly
- Develop metrics and SLAs to understand and monitor sourcing performance
- Report on key metrics that show results and trends and outline corresponding opportunities to improve performance
- Analyze return on investment on each of our acquisition strategies
- Mentor and support each acquisition team member as necessary to achieve high performance
- Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in the Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Recruiting, People Ops space
- Deep knowledge in sourcing methodologies including optimized searches (Boolean, etc) with demonstrable experience in delivering talent pipelines through multiple channels
- Deep knowledge in job board syndication methodologies and best practices
- Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development, and influencing
- Clear communicator, organized, quick and efficient, hard working, personable
- Process-oriented self starter who can identify and fill gaps
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends
- Proficient in ATS, excel, sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, SeekOut)
- Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred
