Multimedia Designer - Crypto Team

CRYT is a new crypto exchange platform, founded by market leaders of the traditional finance industry to address the existing frustrations in the crypto industry regarding simplicity and transparency. We believe crypto is the natural evolution in the future of transfer of value for the world's economy. However, the adoption will not happen if crypto trading remains a complex and opaque domain, available and understood only by fintech-savvy individuals.

Our mission is to bring simplicity and transparency to the crypto ecosystem, contributing its adoption by facilitating the onboarding and education of the average Joe.

Here Are Some Ways You'll Make a Difference

• Develop all-round marketing materials, including digital, print and web
• Conduct and document user research for product development, analyze data and apply insights to designs
• Drive continuous process innovation and improvement

• Proactively identify emerging design trends, keep up to date with the competition and the industry
• Receive, assess, and prioritize requests for the development materials
• Use design principles, and creative thinking to conceptualize the design direction
• Determine communication mediums, purpose, and targeted audience to guide the design process
• Prepares materials for production meeting specifications and production schedules

• Assess data & analytics to form design plans
• Consult, develop and implement on brand standards

What You Bring To The Table

• Wide portfolio of previous work with diverse examples
• Bachelors degree or diploma in a Graphic Design or Visual Communications

• 3+ years professional experience with multimedia design and content creation
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
• Experience in working with Jira, Confluence or similar platforms
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
• Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale

• Experience in conducting user research and testing and applying insights to product designs
• Macro-to-micro resolution: strategic mindset but also detail oriented
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate/weigh issues and trends
• Ability to work well under pressure, complete multiple assignments and function effectively in a high-volume workplace with tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Strong collaboration skills

A significant priority if you have:

• Experience working on Exchange and/or Trading platforms
• Experience with animation, illustration and video production and a big plus
