Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product requirement gathering and planning, product requirements, and roadmap
  • Analyze client demand, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide business insights and promote innovation in product development and service offerings
  • Manage product development priorities and development timeline to ensure high quality and on-time product deliveries
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination among engineering team, research team, and business development team to align internal and external stakeholders and achieve business objectives
  • Analyze product performance and collect user feedback to optimize user experience


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in software development and product management
  • Systematic understanding of necessary technology stack for product development, familiar with major databases
  • Good sense and acumen to understand business requirements and transform them into product roadmap and development plans
  • Good product design methodology, good at finding entry points in complex or new businesses, and provide clear, high-quality product prototypes, flowcharts, wireframes or other related solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fast learner and ability to thrive in high stress environment
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in relevant field, engineering background and experience is preferred
