Web3 Product Manager – Brokerage Service

The world's leading blockchain industry group is a pioneer in blockchain financial services. Participate in constructing financial products with a daily trading volume of 10 billion dollars. Work with colleagues from leading investment banks and Internet companies such as JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Nomura Securities, Ali, Tencent, ByteDance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Build an open platform of crypto asset trading products (including Brokerage service,
• cloud exchange, etc.). Conduct the design of the back-end service, user experience and new business mode, participating the whole life cycle of this platform from project establishment to launch;
• Provide the short and medium-term product iteration plan and RoadMap based on the life cycle characteristics of the product, competition environment and resource structure.
• Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods;
• Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments.
• Conduct the analysis of competing products and industry trends, and transform the valuable analysis to product iteration plan.

Requirements:

• Have a strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry;
• 3-5 years of product manager experience and a bachelor's degree is required.
• Graduating from a well-known university or having product manager experience in awell-known Internet or blockchain company is preferred;
• Possess solid product design and project management knowledge, especially good atdiscovering user demands through data analysis;
• Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork ability and communicationskills, and be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achievegoals between different departments;
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to users and the team;
• Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex,futures, options is preferred;
• Fluent in English, overseas study or work experience is preferred;
• To B product experience is preferred.
• Team management experience is preferred.
