BattleFly (www.battlefly.game) is well positioned to create the first sustainable blockchain game at massive scale. We're a global, distributed team of ~30 people, are well funded by a $10m+ treasury, and are looking to bring on the next rockstar to the BattleFly family.

The Role

We need a Product / Gaming veteran to level up our most important asset - the games themselves!  We have two-titles that are nearing release, both supported by a brilliant creative team (visual design & game mechanics) — we need an equally brilliant, experienced Product Manager to build and deliver on a highly ambitious roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Help guide the strategy for the product, new features, and acquisition of new users. Build models and forecasts to prioritize and predict the impact.
  • Extensive user research, market research, and analytics data to build a deep understanding for the game and the players, identifying ways to further grow strengths and bolster against weaknesses
  • Set goals and expectations for new features, events, and promotions
  • Manage overall monetization strategy of the game through events, price optimization, and game balance
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycles. Identify risks in advance to minimize impacts on the product lifecycles
  • Continuously research the existing market and competitive space in order to hold an intelligent, informed opinion on major risks and opportunities for the product
  • Work with the data analytics team to define and measure KPIs and metrics, create dashboards, and monitor game performance


Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with track-record of delivering highly complex products at scale.
  • Have experience launching at least 1 new Triple-A title
  • Deep knowledge of the online free-to-play games from user data analysis to monetization planning
  • Great communicator, unflappable and highly collaborative.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of game design fundamentals with the ability to prioritize feature and content improvements, earn influence across teams and regions and deliver measurable product improvements to a live product
  • Analytical skills – comfortable with a wide range of industry-standard analysis, e.g. multivariate testing, linear regressions, time series forecasting, ANOVA. etc.
  • You’re passionate and optimistic for the future of crypto and GameFi.
