Working as a Product Manager at Wintermute  

Just like any exciting product role, this is an everything role. You will be responsible for driving Wintermute products growth by both devising the strategy and making it happen. You will have the big picture in mind while making sure everything is in place by delivering the existing roadmap. You will utilise your best technical skills, business sense and creativity. You'll work alongside our very talented designers, engineers and traders. You will enhance existing products and build new ones, regularly speak to the users, kick off support mechanisms and marketing practices. You will keep learning about the dynamic space that crypto is, be bursting with ideas without losing focus. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Product at Wintermute.

What you will work on

Product Strategy & Delivery - Develop long term product vision and manage mid-term product roadmap - Prioritise and communicate requirements to design and engineering - Develop and track success metrics - Design and evaluate experiments for new features and launch campaigns - Select strategic vendors and partnerships to help products grow faster 

Market & User Insights - Extract actionable insights from trading and usage data - Establish communication channels with users to improve user understanding and inform roadmap priorities - Proactively research the market and competitive landscape that informs the roadmap

Support & Community - Closely engage with the user communities via various channels - Create and manage user communication channels, including Discord and actively manage them - Create and manage user-facing product documentation 

Go To Market  - Develop varied go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, strategy & operations and business development teams
