Key responsibilities of theProduct Manager role:

• Product Strategy – alongside the Chief Product Officer, investigate new product ideas / partnership opportunities to deliver an exciting and innovative product suite. Drive the product roadmap forward, identifying new blockchain trends and outlining compelling business cases.
• Product Management – work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance and other key stakeholders to drive ideas and initiatives from ideation to launch. Develop scoping documentation and work alongside development team to bring projects to life. Co-ordinate bug fixes, UI amends and identify UX improvements in addition to coordinating changes to the regional websites.
• Product Analysis – Develop and maintain market and competitor insight across the traditional finance and crypto industries. Monitor relevant KPIs and provide performance updates to senior management team
  
  

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Good commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services and regulated environments.
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency space.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and solve problems.
• Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis.
• Strategic thinker, with a keen attention to detail.
• Good knowledge in the use of tools and techniques for backlog prioritisation, managing dependencies and for gaining insights.
• Understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Experience delivering new products from ideation to launch. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and develop relationships across the business, building strong partnerships with people and teams.
• Results focused with a real drive to achieve.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, passionate and authentic personality is a must.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
