Working closely with HR, business and function leaders, the Talent and Culture Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the end to end execution of all company wide programs within the Performance, Culture and Development space. As part of the role the person will be expected to bring their experience and knowledge about these areas and focus on enhancing their impact by using agile methodologies. 

As a Program Manager the individual needs to have strong abilities to connect the dots across various initiatives, have a strong stakeholder network and balance the bias for action with a strategic mindset that enables them to look around the corner and build sustainable and scalable programs that simplify and enhance employee experience in the long run

One of the central requirements for the role is to be able to measure the impact of what we do on business and employees. The role holder is expected to have had considerable experience in measuring impact and establishing success of the programs undertaken and should be passionate about numbers and measurement

Objectives of the Role

    • Implement, and manage talent development programs across Performance, leadership development, career growth, and culture initiatives
    • Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution
    • Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and project teams to drive project completion
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent initiatives and recommend improvements based on feedback and data analysis
    • Manage each performance management cycle by hosting ross functional team meetings and ensuring the process runs smoothly end to end
    • Analyze performance data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with the HR team and senior leaders to openly and transparently execute the culture programs along with employee bodies 
    • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
    • Monitor and assess the organization's culture through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms

Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
    • Experience of Agile techniques in Program management 
    • Savvy with numbers and ability to measure impact and establish success of programs using critical org health parameters 
    • Proven experience (7 years) as a Program Manager, Talent Development Manager, or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of talent development, performance management, and organizational culture concepts and best practices
    • Experience designing and implementing talent development programs and initiatives
    • Familiarity with various performance management methodologies and tools
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
