The Role:

At Trilitech, we are growing fast. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team who will take ownership of overseeing and managing developer adoption and success projects. This role will require management of internal and external projects, workflows and tasks, as well as event management and planning.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability working with global teams and running events from end-to-end. They will work closely with the Head of Developer Success to develop a system of best practices and resources for effective project management execution.

This is a really exciting opportunity for high impact on a fresh team in a constantly evolving space. The Project Manager will collaborate with global teams to seamlessly deliver a diverse range of projects including organising regular Tezos Meetups in London and around the world.

Main activities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements
• Plan and execute conferences, Meetups, hackathons, and office hours throughout the year, gathering a central database of preferred partners and resources
• Identify project stakeholders, establish communication channels, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with the Developer Success team to outline KPIs and to evaluate projects accordingly, building a record of success
• Take ownership of top-level projects, working closely with internal Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and project success
• Shape and implement projects and programs to improve end-to-end experience through people, process and tools in a fast-paced environment

Essential requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Project Manager or similar, ideally in a technical environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate self-starter with a willingness to learn, an eye for detail, and a sense of urgency
• Successful track record collaborating with global teams and running events from end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving and delivering results
