Web3 Project Manager

The NFT Company (d/b/a Unblocked) is building NFT experiences with an initial focus in the music space. You will be helping us create NFT experiences for notable music artists. We have partnered with Billboard, Primary Wave and other notable music properties to launch their NFT platforms. Our investors include Tiger Global, Dapper Labs, BAM Ventures, Oaktree Capital, M13, Marcy Venture Partners (Larry Marcus, Jay Brown, Jay-Z), and other strategics in the consumer-focused and music spaces.

We’re looking for an experienced project manager to own the NFT creative process and product operations in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will be working collaboratively to solve complex problems, managing the creative pipeline and delivering great products to users.

Skills And Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution that includes setting & establishing timelines, milestones, deliverables, budget, and reporting updates to the project team and management
• Responsible for overall project tracking, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, planning and reporting, and acting as a liaison between teams to ensure proper coordination
• Responsible for defining, streamlining, and implementing new workflows and processes across all departments
• Ownership of product operation tasks such as NFT minting, payment disputes and user management
• Ownership of creative asset production: bulk updating assets, importing/exporting data via CSV sheets and asset organization

A little about you:

• 3+ years experience in a project management role working directly with in-house creative teams and product teams
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (JIRA, Notion, AirTable etc), methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate and perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of video/image encoding formats and file transfer protocols.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing processes aimed at improving workflow
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
• Highly collaborative, driven by excellence and a self-starter, skilled at bringing people together, highly organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking
• Knowledge and interest of NFTs is desirable
