MyShell is hiring a Web3 Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated QA Engineer to join our team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our MyShell App, website, and other products. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in either the United States or China.
In this role, you will be a key member of our QA team, working closely with product managers and developers to define and execute comprehensive test strategies. You will be responsible for creating test cases, performing acceptance testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the requirement acceptance work for MyShell App, website, and other products, independently writing test cases and conducting acceptance testing for large modules.
- Collaborate with product managers, actively participating in product requirement discussions and function definitions to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, performance, and regression testing, to ensure the stability and reliability of our products.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve and optimize our testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and tools to accelerate our testing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related majors.
- Minimum of 2 years of testing experience, with a proven track record of leading testing efforts in mature internet or web3 teams.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including operating systems and computer networks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent thinking ability, and excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
- Experience with bug tracking systems, test case management tools, and automation frameworks is a plus.
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
