Web3 Recruiter Intern

The Celo Foundation is seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our People circle. As a Recruitment Intern you will be focussed on the delivery side of recruitment, supporting other recruitment partners source candidates and fill their vacancies across a number of technical roles.

This person will also support the growth of our Talent Collective by sourcing mission-driven, values aligned talent and introduce them to Celo’s Talent Collective. The ideal candidate is creative in their approach and has a keen interest in talent acquisition and web3.

• Be curious about web3 / blockchain technology and it’s use cases.
• Possess the ability to quickly understand a range of technical disciplines and hiring requirements by accurately matching talent to job vacancies.
• Build a strong network of technical talent across a range of social channels and resources.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Collaborative, communicative, and resourceful person who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective candidates over video/phone calls.
• Highly organized and can manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Self motivated and have an enthusiastic drive to grow talent pipelines.
