Web3 Sales Associate, US

Compensation: $110k - $130k

About the Role:

21.co, under it's business line 21Shares, is eager to hire a Sales Associate to provide support for the US team. You will work in an international and multicultural environment, where you will contribute to AUM growth and expansion of our client universe.

The main responsibility of this role is to help support the growing business of 21Shares and establish us as the default solution in the digital asset space.

What You Will Be Doing:

General

  • Prospecting and client follow-up through cold-calls, emails and other means of communication
  • Establishing relationships and rapport and over time take on coverage of Tier 2 and 3 clients
  • Responding to new and existing customer queries and providing excellent client service
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer data in the CRM system and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience
  • Contribute to establishing efficient Tier 1, 2 and 3 client coverage with different service models
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, prepare sales collateral and presentations
  • Answer incoming client queries via the team inbox/CRM
  • Provide back-up for other country teams and contribute to the team ethos across the firm

Sales Process

  • Getting 21Shares products on relevant approved lists and platforms
  • Developing understanding of client interest in crypto assets
  • Understanding and overcoming client hurdles to investment
  • Deliver towards Net New Asset target
  • Educating client teams on 21Shares product suite

What You Bring:

  • Strong interest/knowledge and experience in crypto
  • Experience in ETFs and traditional finance, a plus
  • The drive and motivation to contribute to building an extraordinary business
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Good understanding of the US investment landscape including key players
  • Client focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and navigate/coordinate with various groups within the organization

This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.

(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
